Welcome to BeatHRBot. By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

BeatHRBot provides resume analysis, an ATS scoring tool, AI-assisted writing tools, and a resume builder. We do not guarantee any specific outcome (such as receiving an interview or job offer).

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Don't use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent content.

4. Payments

Paid features (such as PDF export and premium scans) are billed at the price shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the resume content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to deliver the Service. We retain all rights to our software, branding, and templates.

6. AI output

AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it in an application.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeatHRBot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
