- Account data: email, name, and authentication identifiers.
- Resume content: files and text you upload to be scanned, edited, or stored.
- Usage data: page views, feature usage, and device/browser information.
- Billing data: processed by our payment provider — we never store your full card number.
2. How we use it
- To deliver and improve the Service.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To send transactional emails (e.g. receipts, scan results).
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. AI processing
Resume content sent to AI features is forwarded to our AI provider for processing. We do not allow your data to be used to train third-party models.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers (hosting, payments, AI, email) acting on our behalf, or when required by law.
5. Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@beathrbot.com.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and row-level access controls on our database.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise them.

We use essential cookies for authentication and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
