If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, email hello@beathrbot.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full — no forms, no interrogation.

One-time exports

One-time purchases (such as a single PDF export) are refundable within 7 days if you experienced a technical issue that we couldn't resolve.

• Email hello@beathrbot.com from the address on your account.
• Include your order number or the date of purchase.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of abuse (e.g. repeated refund requests after extensive use).
